Jonathan Scharf

General Counsel

Jonathan joined Wingate in 2014. As General Counsel, he oversees all aspects of Wingate’s day-to-day legal matters, including negotiating and drafting financial, real estate, and other corporate transactions, vendor contract negotiation and management, oversight of regulatory and compliance functions, and management of Wingate’s day-to-day legal matters.

Jonathan began his career as an Associate at Quinn, Emanuel, Urquhart & Sullivan in New York, and later became an Associate at Krokidas & Bluestein in Boston, where he practiced general business litigation, including representation of nursing homes in employment matters. Jonathan earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Cornell University. Jonathan lives in Needham with his wife and three children.
