Rosie Phelps is a lifelong resident of Berkshire County and has enjoyed working in the senior living industry for over ten years. She believes that every challenge can be solved and strives to act as a resource to her team at Melbourne Place, the residents, and their families.
Wingate is a beautiful facility with caring and compassionate staff, from marketing and front desk to direct care workers. My mother transitioned from her Assisted Living apartment there into Memory Care seamlessly, and the staff in the Memory Care unit are so responsive. They really care, and are on top of things. I visit often, and see firsthand how much they look out for each resident and their needs.
