Mary Pandolfo

Vice President of Clinical Services

Mary Pandolfo joined Wingate in 1993 first as a Nursing Supervisor, then a Regional Clinician and now as Vice President of Clinical Services. Mary is a graduate of Lawrence Memorial School of Nursing and is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Infection Control Practitioner with over 30 years in the industry. Mary oversees all aspects of clinical services at Wingate in assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. She has developed Wingate’s specialty programs to achieve successful outcomes for Congestive Heart Failure and Dementia-Specific Memory Care.
