Knowing that we’re moving into a space specifically upgraded for long-term comfort, backed by an organization we trust, has made the wait feel like a countdown to a positive new beginning. The transparency, socializing with fellow depositors, communication, and benefits offered to early depositors have helped us feel included and optimistic every step of the way. We eagerly await move-in day and a champagne celebration of this major lifestyle change!

The welcoming atmosphere, Amy did a wonderful job telling us all Wingate has to offer. I wanted to live in a community where I do not have to worry about maintenance.  Presently I live in a one story home and it’s becoming more and more overwhelming to take care of. I love the beautiful outside/inside sitting areas and all the activities Wingate has to offer. It just seems like a very pleasant place to live. Most importantly the wait time is very manageable.”
