This acquisition comes as Wingate Living concludes 2025 with an unprecedented portfolio-wide occupancy rate of 97%, reflecting strong demand for the organization’s personalized approach to senior living. Wingate is set to make a significant investment in revitalizations at the community, enhancing the location while also ensuring residents remain in their homes throughout the process.
