Inspired by his grandfather, cellist, engineer, and producer Thiago Wolf was born in Mococa, São Paulo, Brazil, and started playing the accordion and cello at the age of 7. Having ventured into erudite and popular repertoires, Wolf has accumulated an extensive musical background that is evident in his swinging, expressive, and poetic style. He received his Bachelor’s in Music and Cello and is a scholarship ambassador of the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation. An active performer and audio engineer, Wolf is pursuing his second Bachelor’s degree in Performance and Music Production & Engineering at Berklee College of Music, where he was awarded the Robert Share scholarship and the Spring String Award.
