Brian Swartz

Chief Financial Officer

Brian Swartz joined Wingate Living as Chief Financial Officer in 2023 and oversees the day-to-day finance activities of all Wingate Living communities, along with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Brian started his career with Ernst & Young LLP serving as a financial auditor and consultant. Subsequently, he spent 12 years in senior finance roles within Continental Wingate and the Wingate Healthcare companies. In 2012 he became CFO and eventually President for Steward Home Care and Hospice, which sold in 2018 to a national provider, where he became the Regional VP/General Manager for Northeast home health operations. Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, where he competed on the university rowing team. He is married with two children and enjoys golf, skiing, and Cape Cod in the summers.
