Construction on the boutique style community is expected to begin by the end of 2024.

Needham, MA (November 19, 2024) – Wingate Living and WL Development, owner, operator, manager, and developer of luxury senior living communities, today announced that One Wingate Way East in Needham, MA, has now leased 75% of the residential units to residents. The community designed for independent seniors is expected to begin construction by the end of 2024.

Comprised of three floors and customized amenities, One Wingate Way East will feature a rooftop lounge and grille, as well as a golf simulator, makers’ art workshop, yoga and spin studios, and library. One-bedroom and two-bedroom units featuring Juliet balconies and French doors will range in size and scope, with dozens of unique floor plans offered.

Future residents of One Wingate Way East will share a collective campus with existing Wingate communities and will have access to amenities such as an indoor heated saltwater pool and fitness center, underground parking garage, salon and spa services, and gourmet dining featuring a breathtaking display kitchen.
