Event Details

Dr. Lu will discuss the role of an anti-inflammatory diet in supporting overall health. Chronic inflammation—often silent—has been associated with a wide range of conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, and cognitive decline. Emerging evidence suggests that habitual dietary intake can significantly influence inflammatory processes. By emphasizing nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory foods while limiting those known to promote inflammation, dietary patterns may help modulate systemic inflammatory responses and support optimal organ function.
